BUNDABERG VETERAN GOLFERS

Bundaberg Veterans visited Bargara on Tuesday June 16 for the first of 2 rounds of the Bungara Shield.  Best scores for Bundaberg – Men, Peter Giles 38, Des Harper 36, Paul Casey 34 and Ian Grotherr 33. Best scores for Bundaberg Ladies Beryl Gatt 36 and Chris Watt 32.  After totals were worked out Bargara won the day by 1.53.  The return match decider will be played at Bundaberg on Tuesday July 21 with a shotgun start at 10.00 am.

Bundaberg Ladies’ Open Day was played on Sunday June 21.
